Cartoonist RR Anderson posted this cartoon about Microsoft's $100 million tax cut and possible amnesty from Washington State. BoingBoing and Seattle Weekly posted it for RR as well.
What most people don't realize is that Microsoft's already moving as quickly as possible to minimize its footprint in Washington State. Nothing the legislature does will stop Microsoft's long term plan for global decentralization. More on this later as warranted.
